PLYMOUTH, Ind. (WOWO): A Texas man is behind bars in Plymouth for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.

67-year-old Jonas Olvera was arrested over the weekend after police were notified of the alleged assault on Friday. The victim was an 11-year-old girl. Olvera was visiting from Texas and was apparently wanted on a separate child molesting warrant from a case in 2009. He was booked on the previous warrant with a child molesting charge tacked on. He is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail.
