The Indianapolis Artists and Dealers Association Allegedly Hacked by ISIS

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): The Indianapolis Artists and Dealers Association have released a statement after their website being allegedly hacked by ISIS.

In the statement, IDADA officials say they're working with the FBI and the proper authorities to deal with the hack in the best way possible. The hack was discovered Sunday evening by a member and they were immediately notified. They don’t believe the hack was a personal attack on Indianapolis artists, they were just randomly hit like other other effected organizations.

Before the website was taken down visitors were greeted by an ISIS logo and some Arabic writing. A message also appeared in English that read “Hacked by the Islamic State. We are everywhere ;)”.

The IDADA hopes that the hack won’t give any negative press and the organization can go back to celebrating its ten year anniversary.
