ALLEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): The latest Indiana Real Estate report shows more year-over-year gains in sales and home prices.

Statewide, the number of closed home sales has increased for 21 consecutive months. In the first quarter, closed home sales increased nearly 18 percent.

The monthly report for Allen County is also strong. Sales are up nearly 7-and-a-half percent for March compared to last year. Median sales price is up as well, just fewer than three percent to $109,000.00 for the average home.
