ALLEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): The last of three men is sentenced in the October 2011 sexual assault of a woman at a house party. Alex Beierwalter pleaded guilty earlier this year to criminal deviate conduct, a Class B felony.

According to the Journal Gazette, an Allen Superior Judge sentenced him to 10 years behind bars this morning. He was ordered seven years suspended and four years to be served on probation, with the three years remaining in the Indiana Department of Correction.
