A third person has been charged in connection to a string of robberies that occurred in apartment complexes last month. 

Last night, 21-year-old Tiron Beard of Fort Wayne, was booked into the Allen County Jail on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property. 

Police found evidence during their investigation that linked Beard to a robbery that happened at the Island Club Apartments on January 10th.  Exactly how he was involved is still under investigation.

The Fort Wayne Police Department is still investigating the robberies and believe more arrests will be made.

In the meantime, apartment residents are still encouraged to remain watchful.
