FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Trader Joe's is still not coming to Fort Wayne… at least, not yet.

We told you last week there was interest in bringing an “upscale” grocery store to a former Scott's supermarket location on North Anthony boulevard. Since then a number of people have wondered – and hoped – that Trader Joe's would be the store looking to build, but developer Bradley Sturges tells the Journal Gazette the popular chain is not his client. He says the store in question would feature a coffee shop, deli, and a drive-thru pharmacy. 

A public hearing on the proposal last night drew some opposition, with some citing a lack of communication with neighborhood groups about the project.
