Two Area Lakes Closed

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO) — Due to high levels of E. coli, Pike Lake and Winona Lake in Warsaw, Indiana, have been closed until further notice.

The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department and Winona Lake Limitless Park made announcements on Facebook, asking the public to avoid water-related activities in the lakes.

Retesting is underway, with results expected on Wednesday afternoon.
