FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Vice and Narcotic units in Fort Wayne have captured two on outstanding felony warrants.

25 year old Codi Joseph Starr was arrested on Aggravated Battery, a level 4 felony. His bond was set at $30,000. 33 year old Dustin Scott Starr was arrested on Felony Intimidation, a level 6 felony, with his bond set at $50,000.

Police say Codi's warrant stemmed from an incident where he used a vehicle to strike a victim and caused serious bodily injury. They also say Dustin's warrent was from an incident where he threatened a Fort Wayne Police Officer and his family.

Both were taken into custody without incident.
