Victim Found in Southeast Street Likely Hit-and-Run

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): More details emerging after a woman was found critically injured on the street Sunday morning.

Police say 28-year-old Kimika Tolbert was likely the victim of a hit and run driver, that's according to the Journal Gazette.

Tolbert was found lying in Paulding Road around 5:45 a.m. near the Waterloo Gardens apartment complex.

She was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
