STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A man who had been wanted by police since April has turned himself in.

Mitchell Wayne Hephner had been a wanted fugitive out of Steuben County on an outstanding warrant on two counts of failing to register as a sex offender, which is a felony.

Hephner turned himself in to the Steuben County Jail without incident at just after 9:30pm last night.
