FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): You can no longer resell tickets on Allen County War Memorial Coliseum property.

Ever since the KISS concert was announced, online ticket resales have skyrocketed to 19 times above face value. That has caused the War Memorial Coliseum to ban reselling tickets as a way to educate ticket buyers.

Resellers have reportedly been selling fake KISS tickets in front of the arena as recently as this past weekend, according to general manager Randy Brown.

Two verbal warnings will be given to resellers, followed by a possible trespassing arrest. “No soliciting” signs will also be posted.

The Memorial Coliseum Ticket Office is open with regular hours, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, during the fall, winter and spring months. During the summer on non-event days, the ticket office is closed on Saturdays.

Tickets can also be purchased in advance from Ticketmaster.com, the Ticketmaster mobile app, and charge-by-phone at 800-745-3000.
