FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An arrest warrant has been issued over a fatal shooting that happened in April.

22-year-old Joshua Smiley is charged with murder and “using a firearm in the commission of an offense that results in death” over an April 1st shooting, but the Journal Gazette reports two men were killed that Easter morning and the court documents don’t specify which death Smiley is charged for.

He was also charged but never tried over the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Alonna Allison back in September 2015, due to three witnesses backing out.
