WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Yesterday, police arrested 23-year-old Terren Raphael after they received a complaint from staff at Warsaw Community Schools. The following investigation found that Raphael molested a girl who was 11 when the molestation occurred in 2009. The victim stated that she was threatened at the time of the sexual encounters. Raphael was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
