Fire crews responded to a house fire over the weekend on West State Street. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the attic vents. Firefighters brought the flames under control quickly and no injuries were reported.  Along with that, the majority of the damage was contained to the attic; however, there was some minor smoke and water damage to the rest of the home.
