A Wells County man is $25,000 richer thanks to the Hoosier Lottery's newest “Fast Play” game. Jody Ogle of Bluffton bought the winning “Bling Bling Bucks” ticket at the Food Express in Ossian. The game is printed from a lottery terminal like a normal draw game but plays like a scratch-off ticket.
