ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for Allen County.

It will go into effect at 4:00 a.m., Thursday morning and remain in effect until 1:00 p.m., Thursday afternoon.

Temperatures will fall late Wednesday night into Thursday morning and result in wind chills from 10 below to 20 below zero.

Wind chills this low can result in frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
