LAGRANGE, Ind. (WOWO): A Wolcottville man was arrested Thursday after police say he damaged an SUV, then hit and grabbed a woman.

Police received a call about a man damaging a SUV at about 2:30 p.m. When police arrived to State Road 9 between Howe and Lagrange, they found Troy Fugate, according to the LaGrange County Police.

Fugate was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

The victim’s SUV had about $1,000 done in damage.
