Three people injured in head-on collusion in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Three people were sent to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after a crash in Grant County.

At about 3: 25 p.m. two cars crashed on SR 15 just south of Herreld Road in Marion, according to our news partners at 21Alive.

A Volkswagen Beetle was traveling southbound on SR 15 and crossed the center line to pass traffic, according to police.

While passing traffic, the Beetle hit a northbound Cadillac head-on.

Both drivers had internal injuries and were flown to a Fort Wayne hospital. A passenger in the Cadillac had non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a Marion hospital.
