HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A woman died in a lawn mower accident Monday night in Huntington County.

23-year-old Rebekah Chapel of Warren died while riding lawn mower along a ditch near County Road 100 West and Indiana 218.

The mower overturned and she was pinned under the machine before flipping into the ditch.

Chapel died at the scene.

The Allen County Coroner identified 57-year-old Daniel Jackson as the Fort Wayne man who also died on Monday in a fatal moped accident on Bluffton Road.

After Jackson's death, Chapel is now the third person to die in northeast Indiana this year in an accident related to outdoor machinery.
