FINDLAY, Ohio (WOWO): Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a two-vehicle crash with injuries that happened just before 2:00 p.m. Friday on SR 12 near mile 20 in Hancock County.

21-year-old Courtney Simmons was driving her vehicle westbound on SR 12 and suddenly went left of center, striking a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Michael Vondeylen head-on. Simmons was flown to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Police say Vondeylen was uninjured.
