Woman Trapped in Overturned Vehicle Saved by Hunters

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just after 9 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of a crash on CR 330 North near Long Lake Road in Noble County.

Officials say 79-year-old Patricia Lytal was following her brother in a separate vehicle when her car traveled off the roadway and flipped onto the driver's side, trapping her in the vehicle. The car then caught fire.

Lytal's brother, with the help of some passing hunters, were able to flip the burning vehicle and pull the woman out.

Lytal suffered minor neck and chest injuries and was taken to the hospital.
