INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A worker has died in a project constructing a tunnel 200 feet beneath Indianapolis.
 
       Citizens Energy Group spokesman Dan Considine says an ambulance was called to the deep tunnel project on the city's southwest side about 3 a.m. Friday. He says it isn't clear yet what happened.
 
       Indianapolis media outlets report all workers have been removed from the tunnel.
 
       Considine says the project is an eight-mile tunnel that will be used to store sewage and keep it from flowing into the White River during heavy rains. The tunnel is 19 feet in diameter.
 
       The project is part of a federally mandated project to alleviate combined sewer overflows, in which storm water and sewage drainage exceed a system's capacity, causing pollution.
