KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): One person is dead and another person is in serious condition after a two-vehicle crash in Kosciusko County.

At 12:34 p.m., crews responded to the intersection of County Road 700 North and County Road 200 East on reports of a crash, according to the Kosciusko County F.A.C.T team.

When officers arrived, they found 70-year-old David E. Holbrook of Warsaw. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of a large grain truck was air-lifted to a Fort Wayne hospital in serious condition.

The Kosciusko County F.A.C.T. team is investigating the crash.
