$1,000 reward offered for info about suspected Marion bank robber

MARION, Ind. (WOWO): Crime Stoppers is offering $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a man they say robbed a Marion bank.

A man walked into Mutual Bank at 1020 N. Baldwin Ave. at about 4 p.m. Monday, May 16, and threatened a bank teller. He said he had a gun and demanded money, according to Crime Stoppers.

Marion Police believe the suspect drove away with an undisclosed amount of cash in a dark colored Chevy S-10 or GMC S-15 truck.

Anyone with information about the crime or suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 765-662-8477.
