ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – The West Central Fire District Board of Trustees approved a $700,000 addition to next year’s budget during a special meeting Monday night.

This comes just two weeks after Allen County Council shelved the construction of a new fire station on Bass Road.

The district hopes to have another proposal ready when County Council meets again two weeks from today.
