2 Teens Injured in Whitley Co. ATV Accident

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Two teenage girls were injured in an ATV accident Sunday night in Whitley County. Indiana Conservation officers report, the duo was riding near South 400 West when the driver bounced through the handle bars and into the path of the vehicle. The passenger was later fell off. The 17-year-olds, Shannon Kincaid and Nicole Karrer, were both were taken to a local hospital. Authorities say neither were wearing helmets. Initial reports said the girls suffered possible head and internal injuries.
