FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A program is taking place Friday to get students involved in the electoral process. Rock The Vote’s high school civics education program “Democracy Class” is a program that strives to give high school students three things: the skills to navigate the elections process, the context to understand what it means to be an active citizen, and ultimately register them to vote so eligible students can participate in future elections. The program is taking place at the Pontiac Branch Library on S. Hanna Street from 4:00-5:45 P.M. Friday.
