FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Ohio-based developer Redwood Living Inc. is planning the construction of almost 500 apartment homes in the area within the next four years; a near $45 million dollar investment. On Friday the company is celebrating with a groundbreaking ceremony for its first project, Maplecrest by Redwood which will be located on Maplecrest Road. The new community will consist entirely of single-story units with private attached garages.
