UPDATE: Amber Alert Cancelled, Teens Found Safe

UPDATE:

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Authorities say two teenagers who were reportedly abducted at gunpoint from an Indianapolis home have been released unharmed.

Indianapolis police said Monday night that 16-year-old Aaron Blackwell was freed from his alleged abductors in the Detroit area after a chase by authorities. Police said early Tuesday morning that his sister, 13-year-old Emma Blackwell, has been returned home safely.

It wasn't immediately clear if the 16-year-old also is back in Indianapolis.

An Amber Alert was issued Monday for the teens. Authorities haven't given a motive for the abductions.

Officer Christopher Wilburn says the teens were last seen early Monday at their home on Indianapolis' east side. Wilburn says an unknown male abducted them.

Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens says three suspects are in custody in connection with the alleged abduction.
