STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A man is in the hospital after a moped accident Saturday night in Steuben County.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, Police were called to County Road 150 W, where 42-year-old James Kuhn was found lying in the roadway.

Police say he likely missed the curve and was thrown off the moped.

Kuhn was not wearing a helmet and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
