NEW CARLISLE, Ind. (AP) _ Northern Indiana police are investigating the deaths of two people in a home in what they say appears to be a murder-suicide.
 
  St. Joseph County Metro Homicide officials say a man and a woman are dead in Tuesday's shootings. Their names have not been released.
 
  Police say two children were inside the home when the shootings occurred shortly after 7 a.m. Tuesday in a home just west of downtown New Carlisle, about 15 miles west of South Bend.
