ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the start of a resurface project on U.S. 30 in Allen County that will begin Friday, October 2, weather permitting, between I-69 and West County Line Road.

During the resurface work, drivers can expect lane restrictions on U.S. 30, as well as the ramps to and from I-69. A 50 mph speed limit will be in effect when work is occurring, and drivers are urged to pay attention to all signs throughout the work zone

The $2.8 million project was awarded to Brooks Construction Company and is expected to be completed by late November.
