Two From Warsaw Charged With Making Explosives

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Two men are in custody after Warsaw officers found explosive devices in a parking lot. 

19 year olds Nathanial Robinson and Seth Syndram reportedly had four over-pressure explosive devices in a parking lot on Sophie Lane on Friday. 

The South Bend Police Department Bomb Squad and the Warsaw Wayne Fire Territory disarmed and disposed of the devices. 

Robinson and Syndram are charged with felony possession and manufacturing a destructive device.
