GOSHEN, Ind. (WOWO): An Elkhart County judge has set trial dates for Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine and two others on bribery and intimidation charges, although where those trials will take place is still unknown.

Judge Evan Roberts, who will be the presiding judge in all three trials, set a joint trial date of December 13th for Grace College Professor Mark Soto and convicted felon Kevin Bronson, while the trial for Rovenstine is on the docket for February 7th, 2017.

All three men are expected in court for an omnibus hearing December 1st in Elkhart.

Prosecutors say Soto bribed Rovenstine, who threatened a Warsaw Detective who was investigating Soto and Bronson for the extortion of a Winona Lake church.
