LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana State Police have identified skeletal remains that were discovered in LaGrange County on April 8, 2018.  The investigation indicated that the remains as 47-year-old, Tiffany A. Huffman.  She had been reported as a missing person and was last seen in Stroh, Indiana on July 20, 2012.

The body was discovered by a property owner near County Roads 950 East and 350 South.  On April 9, 2018 a forensic anthropologist team with the University of Indianapolis assisted with the recovery of the skeletal remains.  The level of decomposition made identifying the person immediately very difficult.  However with DNA testing along with an anthropological exam, they were able to determine her identity.  The manner of death has not been determined, but at this time, foul play is not suspected.  The investigation is still ongoing.
