FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The City of Fort Wayne enacted its Winter Contingency and Emergency Plan this week as a polar vortex settled over the area… so how’s it working so far?

In an appearance on Fort Wayne’s Morning News today, Henry congratulated city crews for executing the plan seamlessly.

“Not only were our emergency partners all prepared for this, we knew it was coming… our meteorologists and the National Weather Service were very accurate… so we were able to prepare for this,” Henry says.
