Former Senator Richard Lugar will be joined by Indiana University’s president, Michael McRobbie and director of the IU Center on Congress, Lee Hamilton, for the major announcement.

The event will be at the IU Lilly Library on the IU Bloomington campus at 1:30 p.m.

Right now, Lugar is a member of the faculty at the University of Indianapolis, where he is working on a Washington D.C. internship and study program.
