The pursuit began near the intersection of SR 19 and CR 100 South in Kosciusko County and ended a few minutes later in Marshall County.

It turned into a foot pursuit when Brubaker crashed the truck and took off running. Officers then set up a perimeter and began a search. Police found him a few minutes later in a shed.

Brubaker was charged with felony resisting law enforcement by state police. He also faces an auto theft charge from the Warsaw Police Department and a theft charge from a Warsaw liquor store.
