ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A felon has been returned to life in prison after he was found guilty of child molestation, and later released.

35-year-old Joshua Calhoun is going back to prison for sexually abusing a teenage girl in the summer of 2013. Calhoun already served time for a 2002 shooting,  and was in trial this week for molesting, and later threatening to kill the teenager.

He was sentenced to more than 30 years in prison, starting this December.
