FORT WAYNE,  Ind. (WOWO) — The decision came Friday to cap the price at just under two-hundred and sixty-eight million dollars.

Costs for construction could go over that amount, but covering it will fall on the company responsible for building the facility.

Other costs like designs, insurance, and fees bring the total project cost up to more than three-hundred million dollars.

Furthermore, the guaranteed maximum price amendment specifies the price is subject to additions or subtractions per change order.
