FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police are investigating the armed robbery of a man and his three friends Friday morning.

Once officers arrived to the scene on Newport Avenue, the victim stated that he and his friends walked outside for a smoke and that’s when they were approached by two black men.  The victim described the first suspect as 5’10”, with a heavy build, wearing a black jacket, a white shirt and said the suspect was holding a gun.  

The victim then described the second suspect as 6' tall, with a skinny build, wearing blues jeans and a black jacket. The victim stated that the second suspect also had a gun.  

The suspects forced the victims inside and demanded they empty their pockets. The suspects took credit cards and cash, then left the scene. In the meantime, police continue investigating.
