CELINA, Ohio (WOWO) – Police in Mercer County, Ohio have charged a man with felony assault after a four-month old baby was treated for suspicious injuries. According to our partners in news, 21Alive, 28-year old John Dziengelwski has been charged with assault. He's being held on a quarter of of a million dollars bond. The man told police he fell while holding the body. Police say the story doesn't jive. The mother of the child took the boy to a Celina hospital, but since has been transferred to a children's hospital in Dayton.
