FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another Fort Wayne group is sending bottles of water to Flint, Michigan.
Bar 145 turned a Grammy watch party into a Flint water drive by asking customers to bring water that would be donated to the people of Flint, according to The Journal Gazette.
Kevin “DJ Double K” Kohrman, 22, came up with the idea.
The word of the drive spread through social media. People dropped off water all day Monday. Before the party started Monday night, there were already 5,000 bottles of water.
