Beer Truck Rolls Over, Spills on Indiana Highway

LOWELL, Ind. (AP) _ A beer truck rollover has slowed traffic on an Indiana highway near Lowell.

Police say a semi filled with bottles and cans of Miller Lite tipped over Monday morning after the driver lost control of the vehicle on Interstate 65. Police say part of the load spilled after the top of the trailer split open.

The left lane of northbound traffic was closed until the accident could be cleared up.

A preliminary investigation determined the driver was adjusting his radio. Police say he has been cited for unsafe lane movement and was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
