Concordia was the only area team to advance in the IHSAA boys basketball tournament. The seventh-ranked Cadets (22-4) topped Norwell 67-58 advance to the Class 3A semi-state against third-ranked Andrean (22-3). It is the first semi-state appearance for Concordia since 2000.
