WATERLOO, Ind. (WOWO): A Canadian paving stone manufacturer has picked Waterloo as its Midwest regional headquarters. 

Techo-Bloc announced Monday that it is investing $34.26 million to fund its Waterloo facilities, including a new 67,000 square foot wet cast facility that will be built starting in spring of next year. 

About 85 new jobs will be created by 2018.
