JAY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Jay County Sheriff's Office released a special weather statement this morning for drivers to be on the lookout for winter weather.

Both freeways and side roads could be effected by light snow or freezing rain. Drivers are advised to be on the lookout for hazardous conditions throughout the morning.
