Fort Wayne’s Fire Chief, Amy Biggs says her already lean and mean department may soon be facing some even deeper cuts.  She tells our news partner, I-N-C that the department is already operating at 30 firefighters ‘below’ full capacity, and with more retiring or leaving every year those positions would not be filled with new employees.
