Visit Fort Wayne's annual tourist in your hometown is Sunday from Noon to 5 p.m Organizers boast 12 museums and attractions offering free admission.

Charles Shepard with the Museum of Art says, its a great way to step out of your comfort zone and investigate a new venue. He says art is so diverse, almost like music, everyone enjoys some element of it. Most people just need to experience it to embrace it.

He's the majority of residents in any community will never visit an institution.
