ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A serious crash that happened yesterday morning in northwest Allen County is prompting a nearby homeowner to call for possible safety upgrades at the intersection near Carroll High School.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, one person is in critical condition after a car collided with an SUV.

One of the vehicles blew a stop sign at the intersection of Carroll and hand Roads.

There have been 10 collisions at the location since 2012.
